Bookings are on request - the owner will review your request as soon as possible, and you will be notified by e-mail. The booking is confirmed when payment of deposit or full balance has been made.

A deposit of 25% is required for booking confirmation.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Travel and cancellation insurance - we recommend that you purchase a suitable level of insurance to cover cancellation and/or other unexpected events.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be emailed in writing by the guest and received by the owners as soon as possible to determine if a refund can be made; 1) 50% refund for cancellation of any booking more than 61 days prior to the check-in date 2) 25% refund for cancellation of any booking from 60 to 29 days prior to the check-in date 3) No refund given for cancellation of any booking from 28 days prior to the check-in date
